We want you to love your skin and our products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with proof of purchase to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email confirmation and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
