Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We have never tested our products or ingredients on animals and we are Leaping Bunny certified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition.
Do you offer vegan products?
Yes, a vast majority of our range is vegan, and we are currently working towards having our entire product portfolio certified by The Vegan Society by the end of 2023.
